Suicide bomber killed in Khanaqien

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) A suicide bomber killed inside a Husseiniya in Khanaqien district of northern Diyala province on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “A security element killed the suicide bomber while he is trying to detonate his explosive belt amid the persons who are saying prayer inside the mosque.”

“Police Command in Diyala felicitated the element, Omar al-Qaisi, for his role in preventing the explosion,” the source concluded.
