MP calls Maliki to publicly discuss General Budget to reveal sides hinder its endorsement

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Sameera al-Mousawi, of the State of Law Coalition called the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, to publicly discuss the General Budget to make the Iraqis aware of the sides that hinder endorsing it.

She stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com “The delay in reaching an agreement to the Budget is due to the interferences of some sides that neglected the interest of the Iraqi people.”

“It is impossible to leave this issue as it is and make those sides achieve their goals because we have to stop it and face these attempt,” she added, concluding that “Broadcasting the discussion by the Council of Ministers in the media outlets will reveal the sides that hinder its endorsement.”
