Mayahi calls parliament to specify first few hours of Saturday session for supporting IA

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aziz al-Mayahi, of the National White bloc called the parliament chairmanship to specify the first few hours of its Saturday session for supporting the Iraqi Army in its fight with Qaeda in Anbar.

In a press statement received by AlN, Mayahi said “The IA is fighting terrorism on behalf of the Iraqi people where the security elements scarify for the sake of Iraq and its people.”

“The parliament that represent the Iraqi people must have a clear stance over the complete support for the IA and facilitate its tasks by silencing the voices that want terrorism to win against the Iain addition to increase the budget of the Defense Ministry in the General Budget of 2014,” he added.

He stressed the necessity of “Specifying the first few hours of the parliament to support the IA to implement democracy and sustain security in Iraq.”
