Shihristani congratulates IA on anniversary of IA Day

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier, Hussein al-Shihristani, congratulated the Iraqi Army on its 93rd anniversary.

A statement by Shihristani’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “On the anniversary of the IA, I would like to congratulate all the Iraqi soldiers and their commanders, asking the Almighty to preserve the Iraqis and sustain security in Iraq.”

“I call all to support the IA and the security forces while fighting the terrorist groups in Anbar to eliminate them,” he concluded.
