Babel, Hilla (IraqiNews.com) Six civilians were wounded when mortar shells hit Jurf al-Sakher area of northern Babel province.The Commander of Babel Security Committee of Babel Provincial Council, Thamer Theban, declared in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”Unidentified gunmen launched seven mortar shells towards Jurf al-Sakher police directorate and resulted in wounding six civilians as an initial count.””The security forces cordoned the incident area while the ambulances transported the wounded to Mussayib general hospital for treatment,” the statement concluded. \END\
