Food – medical aid plan for Anbar revealed by Shahristani

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier for Energy Affairs, Hussein al-Shahristani, announced that there are hundreds of trucks loaded with food materials and medications allocated for the people in Anbar province.

Shahristani media office reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”Shahristani hosted the Ambassador of the European Union in Baghdad, Yana Heboshkova, at his office in Baghdad where they discussed the recent political updates on political arena and the events of Anbar province.”

”During the meeting, Shahristani assured that the battle of Iraqi forces against terrorists is an international war since terrorism is targeting the whole world,” stressing that ”The terrorists will be eliminated due to the great cooperation between Anbar tribes and security forces within the security campaign launched in Anbar province,” the statement added.

”Heboshkova expressed the support of the States within European Union with Iraq and invited Shahristani to attend the Global Energy Market Conference in Europe next spring,” the statement concluded.
