Parliament Reporter announces reaching compromise among blocs over General Retirement law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament reporter announced reaching a compromise among the political blocs over the draft of the General Retirement law and it will be presented for a vote in the upcoming session.

He stated in a press conference at the parliament building “The government voted on the law without reaching a compromise,” noting that “We hope to reach an agreement to vote on this draft soon.”

“The budget law will take a long time for endorsement due to the disputes among the blocs over its draft,” he concluded.
