Some Anbar citizens are hosting non-Iraqi ISIL elements – Major General Birwari

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Major General Fadhil Birwari accused some citizens of Anbar of hosting non-Iraqi elements of the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant.

In his personal account on Facebook, Birwari commented on a photo posted for the ISIL elements in the streets of Ramadi, by saying “They said that we are in the streets of Ramadi and I want to ask them about the way they entered Iraq when they are not Iraqis where it shows the cooperation of some citizens with them.”

“Not all the citizens of Ramadi are cooperating with the ISIL, but some of them helped the terrorists and I assure that damn the people who bring the foreigners into their houses and they will be eliminated soon,” he concluded.
