3 water desalination units for Thi-Qar marshes

THI-QAR / IraqiNews.com: Thi-Qar’s environment directorate on Thursday received three water desalination units that are operated by solar energy as a donation from a Japanese organization to the province’s marshes, said the directorate’s manager. “The units were commissioned by experts so as to install them at the marshes,” Engineer Raji Taema told IraqiNews.com news agency. “This process is implemented for the first time and will be generalized to include all the province’s marshes,” he added.
