Attempts to open French school in Arbil

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: Kurdistan’s regional minister of education on Tuesday discussed with the French counselor in Arbil the project to open a French School in the city, according to a release posted on the Kurdistan regional cabinet’s Web site. “The two sides also discussed methods to reinforce mutual relations and strengthen the Kurdish-French friendship,” said the release that was received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The Kurdish minister welcomed the French project,” it added.
