CoM clarifies decision over making Tuz Khormatu, Fallujah districts as provinces

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Council of Ministers clarified its decision over making Tuz Khormatu and Fallujah districts as provinces.”

A statement by the Secretariat of the CoM received by IraqiNews.com cited “The CoM decided during its session held in the 12th of January 2014 decided to make Fallujah and Tuz Khormatu districts as province, requesting the specialized sides to start the procedures for this issue.”

“The decision was due to the fulfillment of these districts where the population and economic situation help to make them as provinces,” the statement concluded.
