Kurdistan Region to negotiate disputes with Central Government

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, confirmed the intention of Kurdistan Region to hold talks with the Central Government to settle pending issues.

A statement by Barzani’s office received by Iraqi News cited “Barzani and the Dutch Prime Minister discussed the upcoming elections in Iraq and the crisis in Anbar in addition to the issue of fighting terrorism.”

“They also discussed the last visit of the Dutch FM to Erbil that was considered as a landmark for the development of bilateral relations between the two sides,” the statement added.

“They also reviewed the Syrian crisis,” the statement concluded.
