Representative of Religious Authority in Basra describes leaving 5 dollars of Petro-dollar law as "Shameful"

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Representative of the Religious Authority in Basra province Sheikh, Mohammed al-Maliki, described leaving the five dollars within the petro-dollar law as “Shameful.”

Maliki said while attending the celebration of the Anniversary of the Prophet Mohammed’s Birth “The five dollars must not be left and leaving calling for them is shameful and against the normal right of the citizens of Basra.”
