Najaf calls Government to develop oil exploration

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Chairman of Najaf Provincial Council, Luai al-Yasiri, demanded the Government to invite the global companies to explore for oil in the province.Yasiri reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The province includes oil resource and a refinery that produces more than (30,000) oil barrels daily which requires development by the Government.””We hope the Government and global companies to respond to our request which will bring economic revenues to Iraq and Najaf province,” the statement concluded. \END\
