MP calls Maliki’s Asia Cup U22 photos “electoral propaganda”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Qais Shathar, of the Iraqiya Slate described lifting the photos of the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, during the celebrations for winning Asia Cup U22 as “Electoral propaganda.”

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he said “The politicians knew who to deal with the Iraqis where some of them dealt with them through the sectarian means and lifting Maliki’s photo during the celebration of winning the Asia Cup U22 is an electoral propaganda.”

“Even Maliki’s phone call to the football team was an electoral propaganda.” he concluded.
