2 killed, 6 wounded in Baghdad blast

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Two persons on Sunday were killed and six others were wounded in a blast that occurred in northern Baghdad, according to a police source. “A sticky improvised explosive device (IED) targeted a car on Omar Bin Abdulaziz St. in Baghdad’s Adhamiya area, killing two persons and wounding six others,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Among the dead was the driver of the car, who works for the Interior Ministry,” the source indicated.
