Motahidon Alliance urges Sadr to reconsider his retirement resolution

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Motahidon Alliance chaired by, the Speaker of the Parliament Osama al-Nijaifi, called the Head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, to reconsider his last resolution related to quitting the political process.Motahidon Alliance reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Alliance expressed its great sorrow due to the latest resolution of Muqtada al-Sadr since he represents a great role which the Iraqi people need where Sadr always defended the citizenship unity and the basic principals in Iraq.””The Alliance urged Sadr to reconsider his resolution to support the Iraqi people within the exceptional circumstances that Iraq suffer,” the statement added.The Head of the National Accord Movement, Ayad Allawi, urged the Head of the Sadr Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, to reconsider his retirement resolution. \END\
