23 Wanted persons arrested northern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) About (23) wanted persons were arrested to the north of Tikrit city.A source of Salah-il-Din police directorate reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Iraqi Army in cooperation with the police forces carried out a raid-search operation in Siqor, Hajaj and Albo villages of northern Tikrit city.””The security operation resulted in arresting (23) wanted persons most of them arrested according to the article (4) of the Anti-Terrorism law and arrested nine fuel smugglers as well as seizing their tankers which they are using for smuggling fuel,” the source added.”The force transported the detainees to a security center for investigation,” the source concluded. \END\
