Zebari, UN SRSG discuss establishing of aid fund to help people displaced from Anbar

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hoshyar Zebari, hosted the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Iraq (SRSG), Mr. Nikolay Mladenov, at the headquarter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Baghdad on Tuesday.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs declared in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The meeting touched on the current political and security situation in addition to the efforts exerted by the Government in combating terrorism.””The two sides discussed the tasks of the UN Mission in Iraq and the suggestion related to establish a fund allocated to offer the aids for the people displaced of Anbar province,” the statement concluded. \END\
