Shimmari criticizes continuity of postponing, boycotting parliament sessions

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Kadhim al-Shimmari, of the Wataniya Coalition described the continuity of postponing parliament sessions despite the limited remaining time as “Immature political adventure.”

He stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament has limited remaining time of about two weeks so we must focus our efforts on the endorsement of the important laws.”

“The current political situation is not suitable with such postponement for the parliament sessions,” he added.

“The continuous postponement and boycott led to delaying the endorsement of the Budget Law too much the thing that will have negative impacts,” he stressed.

He called “The political blocs to resort to the dialogues to settle the disputes instead of exchanging accusations through media outlets.”
