Shahmani praises applying truce in Anbar province

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) MP, Adnan al-Shahmani, assured that applying the truce in Anbar is a positive step that grants time for the Iraqi Army forces to re-arrange themselves and gives a chance for the tribes to isolate the terrorists.He stated to IraqiNews.com “There is a development in the IA forces’ performance and there are more tribal elements who stand by the IA forces in fighting terrorism.””The truce permitted the tribal elements to separate terrorists from the citizens to help in preparing a wide military operation,” he concluded.
