17 wanted men arrested in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Monday arrested 17 persons wanted for “criminal” cases and seized a number of illegal vehicles and motorcycles in a military operation throughout Basra, said a source from Basra police media office. “The arrests occurred during a wide-scale raid operation throughout Basra,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Forces also seized nine illegal vehicles and 28 unregistered motorcycles,” he said.
