65 wanted men, suspects nabbed in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Fourteen wanted men and 51 suspects on Tuesday were arrested during search-and-raid operations in Basra province, according to a police source. “Those arrested are wanted on criminal and terror-related charges,” the relations and media office of Basra’s police told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Eighteen unlicensed vehicles and 17 motorbikes were confiscated during the operations,” the office added.
