IHEC distributes 55% of voters E-Cards in Dhi-Qar [03/08/2014]

Dhi-Qar (IraqiNews.com) ‘-The office of the Independent High Electoral Commission announced distributing about 55% of the voters E-Cards in the province of Dhi-Qar.

The head of the media office of the IHEC, Qasim Mohamed al-Rubayi, stated to IraqiNews.com “Till last Thursday, we distributed 585.000 of the voter E-Cards in the province.”

“This percentage is good and we are achieving a remarkable development in this regard,” he added.

“IHEC in Dhi-Qar inaugurated 8 more centers to distribute the E-Cards,” he concluded.
