Suicide bombing in Jalawlaa leaves casualties

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: A suicide bomber blew himself up on Monday amid mourners at a funeral in Jalawlaa, leaving an unspecified number of casualties, a security source said. “A suicide bomber blew up an explosive belt strapped to his body on Monday evening (Mar. 23) among mourners at a funeral in Ashti neighborhood in central Jalawlaa in southwest of Khaneqeen, leaving unspecified number of casualties,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. Khaneqeen is 155 km northeast of Baaquba, the capital of Diala, which lies 57 km northeast of Baghdad. SH (P)/SR 1
