4 civilians killed, wounded in Diala blast

DIALA / IraqiNews.com: One civilian on Thursday was killed and three others were wounded in an explosive charge blast that occured in downtown Baaquba city, according to a local police source. “A sticky improvised explosive device (IED) went off inside a civilian vehicle in al-Ameen neighborhood, downtown Baaquba, killing one civilian and wounding three others,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.
