Tuma calls parliament to conduct 2nd reading of Budget Law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Fadhila bloc urged the parliament to assume its role in conducting the second reading of the Budget Law.

The head of the bloc, Ammar Tuma, said to IraqiNews.com “The stances regarding the Budget Law are still varied.”

‘The Kurdistani Alliance agrees to approve the Budget Law only if an agreement reached between the Kurdistani Regional Government and the Central Government,” he added.

“Parliament should present this law for a second reading through the mechanism of a request to be submitted by 50 MPs,” he concluded.
