Urban designs of Najaf – Kufa ends – minister

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi municipalities minister Riyadh Ghareeb on Wednesday said that the urban designs of the two cities of Najaf and Kufa, which were produced by Iraqi, British and German engineering firms, have been completed. “There will be a period of two months to get feedback on the designs before they are approved,” Ghareeb said in a press conference in Najaf that was attended by IraqiNews.com news agency. “Work on the designs took two years,” he added.
