Gunmen killed, arrested in Nineveh

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) The Joint Command announced killing a gunman and arresting another who tried to infiltrate into a military base in Nineveh province on Saturday.

A statement by the Command received by IraqiNews.com cited “The terrorists attempted to attack al-Kisik military base.”

“The terrorists seized two rifles and a hand grenade in addition to two explosive belts and GPS device as well as three mobiles,” the source concluded.
