Special ballot for security elements starts in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The special ballot process started all over Iraq with the participation of the security elements, prisoners and the displaced as well as the patients inside the hospitals.

The head of the Electoral Department within the Independent High Electoral Commission, Muqdad al-Shireifi, said to IraqiNews.com “It is hoped that about a million and 23 thousand security elements will participate in the special ballot process of the General Parliamentary Elections including Kurdistan Region.”
