IHEC in Basra: Participation rate reaches 45%

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission confirmed that the participation rate of the voting process reached 45% till the report time.

The head of the IHEC said to IraqiNews.com “The voting rate hit 45% after 6 hours from the start of voting process in the province.”
