Syrian minister unveils future cooperation between Damascus, Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Syrian minister of trade on Sunday said that a massive cooperation between the Iraqi and Syrian governments is on the cards. “During the coming two days, we will discuss mutual economic relations. There will be a massive cooperation between Syria and Iraq, which will lead to a greater regional cooperation…,” Amer Lotfi said in a speech during the Baghdad-based Iraqi-Syrian Economic Conference. The Syrian minister said that a date will be set to discuss issues that hinder progress and reform in the country.
