13 killed, injured in southern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) A car bomb went off in southern Tikrit on Tuesday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The car bomb went off in Balad district, killing three persons and injuring 10 others.”

“The casualties count is still initial,” the source concluded.
