Sulaimaniya: Gorran gets 12 seats, PUK 11, KDP 3

Sulaimaniya (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission announced today the results of the Provincial Council elections in the Province of Sulaimaniya.IHEC said in a press conference attended by the reporter of Alforat News Agency “The results were as the following first comes Gorran (Change) Movement got 12 seats while the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan won 11 seats.””The Kurdistan Democratic Party won 3 seats followed by the Islamic Union of Kurdistan with 2 seats and then came the Islamic Movement of Kurdistan with 2 seats and finally the other parties won 2 seats,” IHEC concluded.
