Barzani hints at Kurdistan self-determination if Maliki assigned as PM

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, stated that the Kurds will have the self-determination if the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, was assigned the Prime Minister of Iraq for the third term.

A statement by the Kurdistani Democratic Party received by IraqiNews.com cited “Barzani, while being in France and meeting the Head of the Syrian National Alliance Ahmed al-Jarba, stated that the Kurds will have a stance over Maliki’s nomination for the PM post where they will have the self-determination.”
