39 detainees released in Ninewa

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: A total of 39 detainees were released from Ninewa jails after they were cleared of all wrongdoing, according to a local security source. “Those released included three detainees who were freed under the Amnesty Law,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. The release was conducted under the supervision of Staff Maj. Gen. Khaled Hussein al-Hamdani, Ninewa’s police chief, the source added, providing no further details.
