Basra Governor forms military brigade to protect Faw district

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Basra Province, Majid al-Nasrawi, announced forming a security brigade to protect Faw district.

Nasrawi stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com “The local government in Basra will form a military brigade to protect Faw district because it is near the Iraqi borders and the economy of Basra province depends on it.”
