BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Vice President Adel Abdulmahdi is expected to begin a three-day visit to the French capital this Monday, according to a media official. “The visit comes in response to an invitation from French President Nicolas Sarkozy,” the head of the vice president’s media office, Layth Shibr, told IraqiNews.com news agency. Abdulmahdi is going to meet Sarkozy and senior French officials, Shibr noted, providing no further details.
