Fadhila party demands parliament’s speaker to open ‘smuggling oil’ file

Iraq-Fadhila BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Fadhila party demanded the speaker of the parliament, Iyad al-Samarraie, to open the smuggling oil file, calling to account for the neglectful officials, an official source from the party said on Thursday. “The Fadhila party on Wednesday (April 22) presented an official request to the Speaker of the Parliament Iyad al-Samarraie to open the smuggling crude oil file and to question all ministers who assumed the ministry since the topple of the former regime until now,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The party demanded also to question officials responsible for protecting pipelines and exporting ports in public sessions to discuss this issue,” he added.
