26 political blocs register for parliamentary elections in Kurdistan

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: Twenty-six political blocs have already registered for parliamentary elections in Iraq’s Kurdistan region, a local elections official said on Saturday. “The number of political blocs that have registered for Kurdistan’s parliamentary elections since April 15 has reached 26, including five representing Turkmen, Chaldeans and Armenians,” an official from Arbil’s office for parliamentary elections, Handreen Mohammed, told IraqiNews.com news agency.
