URGENT: UK Parliament approves air strikes against ISIS in Iraq

(Iraqinews.com) The Parliament of Britain convened an emergency session on Friday afternoon to consider adopting the government’s memorandum to authorize air strikes against ISIS in Iraq. Parliament approved the measure with the consent of 524 votes and the opposition of 43 votes.

The approval of this text means that Britain officially will join the international military coalition against ISIS which is led by the United States.
