Shawees, Zebari swap thier key posts

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The Kurdistani Democratic Party KDP decided to replace post of Ruz Nouri Shawis from being Finance Minister to Deputy Prime Minister instead of Hoshyar Zebari who, in turns, took the office of Finance Minister in the central government.
