Turkey introduces electronic visas for Iraqis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Thursday the Turkish Embassy in Baghdad announced the re-work of the electronic visa for Iraqis on Friday, pointing out that Iraqis will be able to use this visa through the gate of the Khabur / Abraham and airports without waiting.

Turkish ambassador in Baghdad, Farouq Qimagja said in a statement issued by the embassy and received by IraqiNews.com, that “Turkey is continuing to provide facilities for Iraqi citizens on the subject of getting a visa,” noting that ” working by the electronic visa for Iraqis will start on 3 October,2014 . ”

Qimagja added that “Iraqi citizens can get this visa by the Internet in just 3 minutes after the completion of its requirements,” indicating that “the visa is granted free of charge to the Iraqis.”
