Kurdish MP: Former government behind hindering parliament observatory role

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohsin al-Sa’adoun, of the Kurdistani Alliance assured that the tensions between the former government and the parliament resulted in hindering the observatory role of the parliament.
