Turkey’s response to riots in support of Kobani were justified says Turkish PM Erdogan

Ankara (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the Syrian regime and other parties stand behind his government’s response to riots that hit Turkey.

President Erdogan said that the PKK party which managed to take the country into state of riot has strong relations with al-Assad’s regime in Syria as well as other local parties that pose a threat to Turkey according to the government’s official news agency, Anadolu.

Last week in Turkey at least 33 people from the PKK and other groups were killed during the ISIS-related protests over the government’s position on ISIS besieging of the Kurdish town of Kobani.
