Urgent – Curfew imposed on Baghdadi district of Anbar

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Security Forces imposed the curfew on Baghdadi city of western Anbar.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com “The police forces and Sons of Iraq (Sahwa) forces ledby Shiekh Malallah Barzan al-Ubaidi in Baghdadi city of western Anbar decided to impose the curfew in the city due to receiving intelligence information over intentions of the terrorist group affiliated to the so called Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant to attack the city.”

The ISF and the Sahwa elements managed to foil an attack for the ISIL terrorists on the city and killed eight terrorists as well as damaging three vehicles for them, the source added.

The source mentioned that “The helicopters of the Iraqi Army also foiled another attack for the ISIL terrorists on Baghdadi city through bombarding their shelters and vehicles positioned in Heet city.” /End/
