12 deaths including 4 children, 10 injured in mortar shell attack in Fallujah

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) On Monday the General Hospital of Fallujah announced that 22 causalities caused by a mortar shell attach at different areas in the city.

Ahmed Al-Shami, the hospital spokesman said “The hospital had received 12 dead bodies including 4 children and 10 injured victims by a mortar shell attack at different areas in the city of Fallujah. The dead bodies were sent to the Forensic Medicine Authority while the injured ones were kept for medical treatment.”
