3 civilians wounded in 2nd Baghdad blast

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Three civilians on Monday were injured in an explosive charge blast in Baghdad, the second to hit the capital in a couple of hours. “A roadside improvised explosive device (IED) planted by unknown men detonated in al-Hubaibiya area, eastern Baghdad, wounding three civilians,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Security forces sealed off the area of the blast and took the wounded to a nearby hospital,” the source indicated.
