Jordan’s king equates ‘Zionist extremism’ to Islamic extremism
Amman, Jordan (IraqiNews.com) On Monday, Jordan’s king Abudullah II equated ‘Zionist extremists’ to Islamic extremists in a meeting with the members of the parliament.
Abudullah II said in remarks regarding the fight against ISIS that the region is witnessing a civil war taking place between moderate and extremist camps. He also added that, on the other hand, “there is Zionist extremists; stakeholders should acknowledge there is extremism in all camps.”
The Jordanian King promised to keep the threats away from the country’s borders; “Muslims and Christians in Jordan; we have to think together how to deal with the various challenges. We are living in a new and changing world” he said.
