21 wanted men busted in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested 21 wanted men during a security raid in separate areas of Basra on Thursday, the media office of the Basra police said. “Police forces waged security raids and searching campaigns in separate areas of Basra, where 21 wanted men were arrested and 37 unlicensed vehicles and 19 motorcycles were seized,” the office told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The police managed also to defuse a local-made bomb planted on the main street in al-Dour region in al-Zubair district in the west of Basra,” it added.
